prin urmare, mai accelerat a marjei brute):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00ceNCARCAREA MARE A ECHIPELOR DE IT<\/strong> &#8211; digitalizarea accelerata din ultimele 12-14 luni prin care au trecut multe din companiile care ne sunt clien\u021bi sau cre\u0219terea num\u0103rului de proiecte pe care acestea le implementeaz\u0103 la clien\u021bii lor, au generat o \u00eenc\u0103rcare foarte mare a echipelor \u0219i speciali\u0219tilor IT. Din aceast\u0103 cauz\u0103 ace\u0219tia fie nu au avut timp fizic, fie nu au avut motiva\u021bia necesar\u0103 s\u0103 solicite sau s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la training.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PRECAU\u021aIA CLIEN\u021aILOR \u00ceN CHELTUIREA BUGETELOR<\/strong> \u2013 lipsa de predictibilitate, revenirea lent\u0103 a economiei (bazat\u0103 preponderent pe consum) a generat \u00een cazul multor clien\u021bi am\u00e2narea investi\u021biilor mai consistente \u00een training pentru finalul anului. Acest comportament rezervat, pe care de altfel \u00eel avem \u0219i noi, vine \u0219i pe fondul cre\u0219terii \u00eengrijor\u0103rilor legate de apari\u021bia valului 4 \u0219i pe cale de consecin\u021b\u0103 de o nou\u0103 perioad\u0103 cu restric\u021bii<\/li>\n<li><strong>SCHIMBAREA MODELULUI OPERA\u021aIONAL<\/strong> &#8211; pentru a raspunde schimb\u0103rilor generate de pandemie, \u0219i pentru a putea capitaliza pe oportunit\u0103\u021bile de pia\u021b\u0103 din viitor am schimbat semnificativ modelul de business \u0219i arhitectura organiza\u021biei. Este doar un exemplu c\u0103 felul \u00een care ne vom servi clien\u021bii de acum \u00eencolo se schimb\u0103 esen\u021bial iar toate schimb\u0103rile de organizare implementate \u00een plan intern \u00een ultimele 6 luni se aliniaz\u0103 cu aceast\u0103 nou\u0103 realitate de business.<\/p>\n<p>\u021aintim o cre\u0219tere profitabil\u0103, sustenabil\u0103 \u0219i accelerat\u0103 \u0219i asta se poate ob\u021bine prin focus pe segmentele de clien\u021bi unde deja avem o rat\u0103 de c\u00e2\u0219tig mare, corelat\u0103 cu un procent de profitabilitate mai ridicat.<\/p>\n<p>Reinventarea modelului de business la nivelul fiec\u0103rei organiza\u021bii \u00een parte, urm\u0103rind \u0219i adapt\u00e2nd modele de succes ale companiilor de tip SaaS (subscription based, Software as a Service) a condus la multiple schimb\u0103ri \u00een felul \u00een care prospect\u0103m noi clien\u021bi, \u00een felul \u00een care \u00eei servim \u0219i ne asigur\u0103m c\u0103 le livr\u0103m ceea ce \u00ee\u0219i doresc, iar \u00een final, \u00een felul prin care \u00eei transform\u0103m \u00een clien\u021bi loiali \u0219i recuren\u021bi. Upgrade-ul platformelor IT pentru a urm\u0103ri aceste procese a demarat \u00een 2020 \u0219i va continua \u0219i \u00een 2021, av\u00e2nd ca obiectiv integrarea, automatizarea si posibilitatea de a sus\u021bine \u201cend-to-end\u201d aceasta abordare de pia\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Pornind de aici, schimb\u0103rile se propag\u0103 c\u0103tre echipa de marketing asupra priorit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i instrumentelor adoptate dar \u0219i c\u0103tre echipa de business development sau chiar c\u0103tre apari\u021bia unor echipe noi \u0219i dedicate de customer succes.<\/p>\n<p>O aten\u021bie sporit\u0103 a fost \u00eendreptat\u0103 c\u0103tre atragerea \u0219i dezvoltarea capitalului uman activ\u00e2nd \u00eentr-un business de servicii \u00een care valoarea capitalului uman este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru succesul pe termen mediu.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel am reg\u00e2ndit felul \u00een care atragem, recrut\u0103m \u0219i facem onboarding pentru noii colegi astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 cre\u0219tem gradul de apartenen\u021b\u0103 la valorile de business \u00een care credem. Folosind experien\u021ba extensiv\u0103 a Equatorial am demarat \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 2021 o academie de management \u0219i leadership intern\u0103 pe baza c\u0103reia, vom construi abilit\u0103\u021bi cheie la nivelul \u00eentregii organiza\u021bii oferind trasee de dezvoltare \u00een carier\u0103 celor mai buni dintre colegii no\u0219tri. In cadrul campaniilor sustinute de Microsoft, peste 300 de profesionisti in IT au participat la cursuri si au primit un voucher de certificare.<\/p>\n<p>Am stat mai mult alaturi de client sa construim proiecte de learning si planuri de skilling pe organizatie care sa ne ajute pe termen lung sa identificam nevoia mai rapid, mai la obiect si sa generam rezultate cuantificabile dar si economii de buget.<\/p>\n<p>Conform fluxului nou de lucru dezvoltat in divizia de educatie, am pus un accent mai mare pe zona de analiza de nevoi \u2013 numita in fluxul nostru Discovery Call si in puterea asezarii la masa a pionilor care joaca un rol major in derularea cu succes a programelor noastre de training: trainer, managerul echipei de traineri, stakeholderii de la client (team leader, acquisition etc), echipa de customer success, rezultand in obiective de training atinse cu succes dar si in studii de caz si rapoarte de ROI generate pentru client.<\/p>\n<h3>Cursuri si cursanti<\/h3>\n<p>In prima parte a anului am livrat 134 de clase in care au fost inscrisi 1244 studenti. Cele mai cautate clase au fost cele de Microsoft Cloud, clasele din portofoliul DevOps Artisan, Cisco, AWS sau Oracle.<\/p>\n<p>In zona de subiecte noi aparute in clasele livrate includem portofoliul de security (CompTIA) si subiecte mai rare din sectorul DevOps pe care le-am conturat alaturi de clienti si livrat cu succes precum Terraform, Splunk, TensorFlow sau Selenium.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0Provocari<\/h3>\n<p>Semestrul 1 a fost despre asezarea echipelor interne pe fluxul \u201cbuyer journey\u201d, crearea hartei de continut, servicii si produse pe care le oferim clientilor nostri.<\/p>\n<p>Provocarile sunt date de perioada de tranzitie la un sistem si o abordare noua si instituirea in rutina zilnic a organizatiei a noului flux operational si decizional.<\/p>\n<p>O alta provocare este data de faza incipienta in care se afla echipa de management pe care am format-o, care are nevoie de timp pentru a se roda si a functiona eficient.<\/p>\n<h3>Initiative si decizii<\/h3>\n<p>Am tratat semestrul 1 cu rabdare si responsabilitate fata de procesul de reasezare prin care am trecut. Echipele s-au mobilizat, au invatat si sedimentat informatie noua si au facut o prioritate de top profesionalizarea functiunii din care fac parte in organizatie si educatia continua.<\/p>\n<p>Am introdus sesiuni de consultanta cu cadenta specifica la clienti si am ajuns sa cream nevoi si proiecte de training si sa reactivam clienti cu care nu am mai colaborat activ de peste 12 luni, dubland numarul de proiecte in derulare la inceputul anului.<\/p>\n<p>Ca urmare a eforturilor depuse, am crescut calitatea leadurilor calificate de echipa de marketing si a leadurilor calificate de echipa de demand generation<\/p>\n<p>In echipa de business development, ca urmare a fluxului nou de lucru, inchidem la finalul semestrului 1 cu status \u201cwon\u201d 336 de oportunitati.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"fcf6\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-fcf6\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Equatorial in S1 2021<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-fcf6\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Proiecte si activitati<\/h3>\n<p>In primele 6 luni ale anului am continuat vanzarea si implementarea de proiecte gamificate folosind platforma de game based learning VRunners a Equatorial, livrand asftel solutii de invatare digitala de calitate care au raspuns optim nevoilor de invatare asincrona ale clientilor nostri.<\/p>\n<p>Am continuat derularea sesiunilor de formare in cadrul proiectului ANIS TechTalent Growth.<\/p>\n<p>Luna martie ne-a adus si recunoasterea profesionistilor din resurse umane, in cadrul Galei Premiilor de Excelenta in Resurse Umane, patronata si organizata de HR Club. Am obtinut premiul pentru cel mai bun program la categoria Formare si dezvoltare, pentru poriectul VRunners Fn+F5 implementat in 2020 pentru departamentul de Software Development al Miele Brasov.<\/p>\n<p>Am implementat cu succes si emotie primul proiect dedicat prevenirii depresiei in randul adolescentilor, in parteneriat cu Asociatia Happy Minds, de asemenea un proiect gamificat, utilizand VRunners.<\/p>\n<p>In semestrul 1 am crescut numarul de proiecte in organizatiile de IT, conform directiei strategice adoptate la finalul lui 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Am finalizat confirgurare noii platforme de invatare FutureSkills si am inceput testarea acesteia in proiectele cu clientii.<\/p>\n<h3>Cursuri si cursanti<\/h3>\n<p>In prima parte a anului au participat in proiectele noastre 490 participanti; am livrat 102 sesiuni de curs si 56 de sesiuni individuale.<\/p>\n<p>Majoritatea programelor au vizat dezvoltarea abilitatilor de leadership adaptate noului context (de la team leader la top management);<\/p>\n<p>Ca metodologie, proiectele implementate se incadreaza in 3 categorii de invatare digitala:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exclusiv invatare asincrona prin game-based learning (platforma VRunners);<\/li>\n<li>Blended learning \u2013 invatare sincrona (sesiuni de curs) si asincrona prin game-based learning (platforma VRunners) si social learning (platforma Future Skills);<\/li>\n<li>Exclusiv invatare sincrona (sesiuni de curs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Provocari<\/h3>\n<p>In semestrul 1 ne-am confruntat cu un grad ridicat de oboseala in randul colegilor, consecinta perioadei complicate pe care o traversam din martie, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Am avut, de asemenea, dificultati in a derula volumul mare de munca din cauza numarului insuficient de oameni, ceea ce a dus la amanarea unor initiative din zona de marketing, research, pozitionare.<\/p>\n<h3>Initiative si decizii<\/h3>\n<p>Am facut fata provocarilor legate de starea de spirit a colegilor lucrand foarte strans in echipa, fiind alaturi unii de altii pentru confortul emotional.<\/p>\n<p>Am declansat procesul de recrutare de noi colegi pentru a mari echipa si a acoperi mai bine zona de vanzari.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"tee7\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-tee7\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">The eLearning Company in S1 2021<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-tee7\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Proiecte \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bi<\/h3>\n<p>Primul semestru din 2021 a adus provocarea p\u0103str\u0103rii oamenilor concentra\u021bi pe activit\u0103\u021bile online care sunt importante. E-learning-ul este una dintre activit\u0103\u021bile la care, f\u0103r\u0103 o cultur\u0103 a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, se poate renun\u021ba u\u0219or a\u0219a \u00eenc\u00e2t am propus clien\u021bilor programe dedicate dezvolt\u0103rii anumitor competen\u021be. S-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat un mix \u00eentre ceea ce am propus noi \u0219i ideile clien\u021bilor. Surpriza pl\u0103cut\u0103 este c\u0103 nu a sc\u0103zut interesul pentru cursurile online, dimpotriv\u0103, asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 programele create pentru clien\u021bi pentru dezvoltarea anumitor competen\u021be a func\u021bionat.<\/p>\n<h3>Cursuri si cursanti<\/h3>\n<p>Num\u0103rul de cursan\u021bi a crescut \u00een acest an, la finalul lunii iunie erau activa\u021bi 53.000 de cursan\u021bi care aveau acces la cursurile Skillsoft \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i la cursurile \u00een limba englez\u0103. Rata de accesare a dep\u0103\u0219it 25% pentru aceste cursuri (este o cre\u0219tere accelerat\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de un procent de sub 10% acum un an \u0219i jum\u0103tate). Exist\u0103 \u0219i zona de cursuri obligatorii pentru anumite organiza\u021bii asta face ca num\u0103rul cursan\u021bilor care au utilizat activ platforma iKnowLMS s\u0103 fie de peste 30.000. Diferen\u021ba dintre cursan\u021bi care sunt activi \u0219i cursan\u021bi care au accesat platforma \u0219i cursurile \u00eel reprezint\u0103 masa de cursan\u021bi pentru care trebuie s\u0103 depunem eforturi suplimentare s\u0103-i convingem s\u0103 acceseze solu\u021biile e-learning.<\/p>\n<p>ELC ofera \u00eentreaga colec\u021bie de cursuri Skillsoft \u0219i cursurile proprii de limba englez\u0103. Cele mai utilizate module de curs sunt :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limba englez\u0103 nivel \u00eencep\u0103tor,<\/li>\n<li>Excel \u2013 nivel \u00eencep\u0103tor,<\/li>\n<li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea echilibrului \u00eentre munc\u0103 \u0219i via\u021ba personal\u0103,<\/li>\n<li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de leadership,<\/li>\n<li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea productivit\u0103\u021bii personale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0Provocari<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>prea multe sisteme online folosite \u00een ultimul timp a\u0219a \u00eenc\u00e2t administratorii \u0219i responsabilii cu platformele au nevoie de suport suplimentar (\u00eei ajut\u0103 foarte mult s\u0103 transfere c\u0103tre noi activit\u0103\u021bi care nou\u0103 ne iau foarte pu\u021bin timp, pentru c\u0103 avem experien\u021b\u0103, iar lor le-ar lua mult mai mult).<\/li>\n<li>Schimb\u0103rile la nivelul browserele de internet ne-a adus, \u00een prima parte a anului, o serie de solicit\u0103ri de suport pentru c\u0103 unii dintre cursan\u021bi nu \u00ee\u0219i reg\u0103seau tot traseul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u00een istoric.<\/li>\n<li>Foarte multe cereri de creare de con\u021binut la cerere, mult peste ceea ce ne-am a\u0219teptat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Initiative si decizii<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Suport, suport \u0219i iar\u0103\u0219i suport. Ne-am concentrat spre a r\u0103spunde c\u00e2t putem de rapid la probleme. Am identificat problemele comune tuturor clien\u021bilor \u0219i am decis s\u0103 lucr\u0103m la modific\u0103ri aduse platformei. Am ad\u0103ugat o serie de func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi noi \u00een zona de admin care s\u0103 scad\u0103 timpul de lucru al oamenilor care fac suport pentru a rezolva mai multe cerin\u021be \u00een acela\u0219i interval orar.<\/li>\n<li>Supra\u00eenc\u0103rcarea oamenilor de suport pe care am decis s\u0103 o rezolv\u0103m prin schimb\u0103ri la nivelul platformei \u0219i a interfe\u021bei cu utilizatorii, chiar dac\u0103 platforma este foarte u\u0219or de utilizat.<\/li>\n<li>Am desenat o nou\u0103 versiune de platform\u0103 care s\u0103 aib\u0103 func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi noi care s\u0103 ne permit\u0103 ca un om de suport s\u0103 poat\u0103 s\u0103 rezolve de 3-4 ori mai rapid cerin\u021bele.<\/li>\n<li>Pentru cursurile la cerere am suplimentat num\u0103rul de ore dedicat dezvolt\u0103rii acestora, c\u0103ut\u0103m solu\u021bii mai eficiente din punct de vedere al timpului pentru a le rezolva.<\/li>\n<li>Cererea de solu\u021bii e-learning este crescut\u0103 \u0219i cre\u0219te \u00een continuare. \u00cen primele 6 luni ale lui 2021 evolu\u021bia a fost mai accelerat\u0103 dec\u00e2t am estimat iar clien\u021bii cu care am semnat anul trecut, \u00een plin\u0103 pandemie, au decis s\u0103 utilizeze solu\u021biile noastre pentru \u0219i mai mul\u021bi oameni.
